The physical agility test does not require a muscular build or any special law enforcement training to complete. However, candidates with low levels of stamina, muscle tone and/or coordination; or who are overweight, tire easily, or lack leg and upper body strength, may have difficulty passing the test. While the test does not eliminate candidates, who are of average physical condition, it is obvious you should be in good physical condition prior to participating in the test. It is strongly recommended that you do some running, jogging, calisthenics, or other physical activities to build-up your stamina, muscle tone and coordination
